If you have been given a username but can't login, use the "FORGOT PASSWORD" link in the login box of your community website.

If you do not have a username or password, contact your property management company.

How do I register for my community website?

Your property manager is responsible for issuing your username and password. Contact them and they will provide you the information to login.

Is my status certificate ready?

When your status certificate is ready, you will receive an email. Be sure to check your spam. Also, you can log in and view all your orders and status' on www.statuscertificate.com. log in with the email and password used to place the order. If you have further questions on timing, please contact the property management company directly; you can find this info on the "management company" link on your order.

If you click the link to your Online proxy contained within the email you received, you will see the meeting details on the top left side of the link.
