All of our Property Managers have (or are working towards) their Registered Condominium Manager designation. No Manager works alone: an extraordinary Bookkeeping Department and outstanding Administrative Support staff work hand-in-hand with our Managers to ensure our clients receive top-notch services. Ongoing staff education, sharing of knowledge between team members, a network of solid external industry professionals to provide advice and support, and a commitment to consistently searching for efficiencies in provision of services results in a very positive work environment – which leads to minimal staff turnover.
This in turn means our clients develop long-lasting relationships with our Managers. We give our Managers portfolios which are manageable: phone calls and emails are returned promptly, site visits are done on a regular basis, and regular client communication is encouraged. It means our clients see their Property Managers on a regular basis. All of this results in satisfied clients, many of whom have been with us for 5, 10, 15, and 20+ years. Our approach to managing your property is grounded in a caring, dedicated team of professionals and building long-lasting relationships with our clients is important to us.

One of the many benefits our clients receive is a ‘community website’ feature. A client-specific website managed by us is provided to every condominium corporation. It provides each condominium unit owner with all condominium documents; owners can access their individual unit to obtain a statement of account; owners can view information instantly as it is posted; and Board members can access meeting packages and other relevant information instantly. These community websites have been embraced by our clients and have given us a tool to provide improved communication to the communities we manage.
